PROJECT MANAGER

TASKS:

  • Grow business with existing clients. Understand client needs. Propose new work when necessary.
  • Meet weekly with the Master Planner to ensure resources are correctly allocated for their project. Responsibility in ensuring common scheduling with the Factory, E&C and Logistics Departments.
  • Manages all communication between the customer and the Company (single point of contact for commercial matters). Daily proactive interface directly with clients on projects, helping to define vision, clarify strategic requirements, explain complex ideas clearly, and manage expectations.
  • Be responsible for consistent and effective reporting using templates or software tools. Use the tools to manage and track projects.
  • Maximize the net revenues with project’s cost control. Coordinate the billing and money collection process according to the contract’s timing.
  • Ensures that prior to the commencement of the project financial milestones are approved. After launching the project, arrange the necessary guarantees (advance repayment, good performance) and Letters of Credit (L / C). Continuously liaise with and, if necessary, consult with the Finance Department in regards to these budgetary aspects. Updates the billing project plan and schedule calculation. Particular responsibility for the invoicing and accuracy of POs, is up to date and planned.
  • Regularly report to the Head of Project Management and the related business units during the course of project.
  • Have responsibility for ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and procedures.

 REQUIREMENTS:

  • BSc degree in Engineering / Economics
  • 2-5 years relevant experience of project or program management
  • Awareness about customs and logistics as well as Incoterms
  • Awareness about site E&C activities
  • Strong in deploying and leading PMO processes based on gate review, planning and cost control tools
  • Customer oriented
  • ERP and Office system knowledge (MS Office Word, Excel, PPT and SAP)
  • Good communication skills
  • Fluent English, Russian or French language knowledge is an advantage
  • Able to handle stress
  • Flexibility

The place of work is Budapest, Szolnok and Tápiószele.
